Making a Difference at Home with Serenity Care Services
Caregiver Training with Serenity Care Services
Serenity Care Services has partnered with ‘In the Know’ to provide continuing education for our skilled caregivers. This training is critical in ensuring that caregivers provide the best care possible to the clients that we serve.
The training we offer includes:
Ambulation
It’s imperative that clients have the ability to move freely around their home. We assist our clients in moving around the home or when going for short walks outside. Ambulation is important for our clients, as it prevents our muscles and joints from becoming stiff and achy. Our caregivers will ensure that your loved ones remain mobile to retain their strength.
Confidentiality
Serenity Care Services is committed to keeping the information of our clients safe and secure.
Infection Control
Serenity Care Services strives to mitigate any chance of spreading infections by providing continuing education on infection control. We provide our caregivers with all the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) needed to conduct their job. This includes gloves, masks (surgical and cloth), paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and disinfectant spray. Serenity Care Services is committed to keeping our clients safe at home.
Reporting and Documentation
It is a priority of Serenity Care Services to ensure that any occurrence involving the client is reported and documented. Families can rest assured that occurrences are not overlooked — this will ensure that our clients are receiving the proper care that they need.
Maintaining Confidentiality
Part of Serenity Care Services’ commitment to reporting and documenting information is making sure that information stays safe. As a step in showing our understanding each caregiver goes through thorough and comprehensive training to comply with federal and state regulations. Making sure your family’s information stays confidential is important to us.
